Shop Info & Opening Times
When does your shop open?
My shop opens every other month for 72 hours - usually from Tuesday at 6 PM (CEST) to Friday during the second week of the month. The exact dates will always be announced on my homepage and social media, so you won’t miss it. :)
The next opening is on November 11th.
How do I know when the shop will open again?
I always announce my shop opening dates in advance on my website and social media. You can always find the next date in my profile bio, so make sure to follow along so you don’t miss it! :)
What if I miss the shop opening? :(
If you miss the shop opening, don’t worry! There will always be a next time. :) The next opening date will be announced in advance, so keep an eye out on my social media for updates!

What materials do you use for your products?
You'll find detailed information about the materials used for each product directly on the product pages. Just check the Info/Material Tab for all the details!
Will you restock sold-out items?
During the current shop opening, sold-out items will not be restocked. However, they should be available again in the next shop opening!
Are any of your products limited edition?
Most of my products are not limited edition. If an item is limited, this will be clearly stated on the product page and often announced beforehand on social media. Be sure to stay tuned there to keep up to date!
What are "Exclusives" and why do I need a password?
Exclusives are special items available only to my Patreon members.
These unique creations can be found in a password-protected area and are not accessible to non-members. If you're interested in purchasing these exclusive goodies, please note that you must be 18 years or older and join my Patreon family.
Ordering & Packaging
How can I place an order?
You can place an order by browsing through my shop, selecting the items you’d like, and adding them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All transactions are processed securely.
What packaging materials do you use?
I use eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible. I carefully select packaging that not only protects your products but also minimizes environmental impact. I also prioritize locally sourced materials to reduce my carbon footprint.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed during the shop opening that don't include any pre-order items will typically ship the following week after the shop closes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that your entire order will be delayed until all items are ready to ship. Pre-order products may take up to 6-8 weeks to ship, depending on production timelines.
For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order products and available items.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added during checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund.
Are custom fees included in my order?
No, custom fees and duties are not included in your order total. Customers are responsible for any costume fees or import taxes that may apply when the package arrives in your country. Please check your local costum regulations for more information.
Commissions
How does the commission process work?
You can submit your commission request using the contact form on my Commissions page. Describe your idea as clearly as possible - whether it’s a simple concept or a detailed vision. Feel free to include reference images to help illustrate what you have in mind. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to discuss details and pricing.
Once everything is agreed upon, full payment is required upfront and I will create an initial sketch for approval. At this stage, you can request adjustments if needed. After approval, I'll move on to the final rendering.
During the process, I can send progress updates, such as line art, flat colors, and rendering stages, if desired. However, please note that major revisions are only possible during the sketch phase.
At the end of the process, you'll receive your commission in full resolution for download.
How long does it take to complete a commission?
The turnaround time for a commission depends on the complexity of the artwork and my current workload. Generally, I aim to complete commissions within a month. However, a more specific timeframe will be provided when we discuss the details at the start of the process.
If you need the artwork by a certain deadline, please let me know in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.
Can I use my commission for commercial purposes?
Commissions are for personal use only and are not intended for commercial purposes or resale. If you plan to use the artwork commercially, please let me know in advance, as this requires a different pricing structure.
Commercial commissions are subject to an additional fee, which is 100% of the original price. You can find more details about pricing on the Commission page.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, full payment is required upfront before I start working on your commission. This ensures that your slot is secured and allows me to focus entirely on bringing your vision to life.
Once the sketch is approved, no major changes can be made, and the commission is non-refundable from that point on. However, I will keep you updated throughout the process with work-in-progress images. Please make sure to review all details carefully before we begin!
Are there any themes or subjects you won't draw?
Yes, there are certain themes and subjects I prefer to avoid. I will not create artwork that includes graphic violence or anything that makes me uncomfortable. Additionally, I don’t work with mecha designs, furry characters, or overly complex machinery. I also avoid themes related to hate speech, discrimination, or any content that promotes harm to individuals or groups.

What format will my commission be delivered in?
Your commission will typically be delivered as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file. If you require a different format, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Can I request changes after the commission is completed?
After the commission is completed, major changes cannot be made. You can request adjustments during the sketch phase. After approval, only minor modifications related to colors are possible.
Do you offer refunds?
I typically do not offer refunds. A refund may be considered only before the sketch phase begins.
Can I get a print of my commission?
If you would like a print of your commission, feel free to reach out to me! However, I reserve the right to sell any artwork I create as commissions through my shop, except for commissions meant for commercial use, which will not be available in the shop. For personal use commissions, I can arrange to have a print sent to you for an additional fee.
Will you share my commission on social media?
I reserve the right to share any artwork I create on my social media platforms at my discretion, without giving credit to the user.
Can I share my commission on social media?

I kindly ask that you give credit by tagging me in your posts. This helps support my work and allows others to discover my art. Thank you for your understanding!
What if I'm not satisfied with my commission?
If you’re not satisfied with your commission, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I’m committed to making sure you’re happy with the final result. Remember, major changes can only be made during the sketch phase, but I’ll do my best to accommodate any minor adjustments or concerns you may have afterwards. Your satisfaction is important to me!
