Yes! Most items are handmade by Shi in her little studio with lots of love and care. Acrylic products like standees and keychains, as well as fabric items, are professionally manufactured to ensure long-lasting quality.

We use eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible. We carefully select packaging that not only protects your products but also minimizes environmental impact. We also prioritize locally sourced materials to reduce our carbon footprint.

During the current shop opening, sold-out items will not be restocked. However, they should be available again in the next shop opening!

Due to new regulations and customs requirements, shipping to the U.S. comes with a fixed international shipping cost of €42 (approx. $50), regardless of the order value. To ensure that these costs are worthwhile for you, U.S. shipping is available for orders of €50 (approx. $59) or more.

International shipping to the U.S. includes fixed shipping rates and costums processing, which unfortunately limits how much we can reduce costs on our end.

If you have trusted friends or family within EU, you may choose to have your order shipped to them and arrange private forwarding. Please note that any additional shipping arrangements are outside of our responsibility.

Orders placed during the shop opening that don't include any pre-order items will typically ship within a week after the order was placed. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

Feel free to include reference images to help illustrate what you have in mind. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss details and pricing.

Once everything is agreed upon, full payment is required upfront and Shi will create an initial sketch for approval. At this stage, you can request adjustments if needed. After approval, Shi will move on to the final rendering.

During the process, progress updates, such as line art, flat colors, and rendering stages, can be sent, if desired. However, please note that major revisions are only possible during the sketch phase.

At the end of the process, you'll receive your commission in full resolution for download.

The turnaround time for a commission depends on the complexity of the artwork and Shi's current workload. Generally, Shi aims to complete commissions within a month. However, a more specific timeframe will be provided when we discuss the details at the start of the process.

If you need the artwork by a certain deadline, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Commissions are for personal use only and are not intended for commercial purposes or resale. If you plan to use the artwork commercially, please let us know in advance, as this requires a different pricing structure.

Yes, there are certain themes and subjects Shi prefers to avoid. Shi will not create artwork that includes graphic violence or anything that makes her uncomfortable. Additionally, she doesn’t work with mecha designs, furry characters, or overly complex machinery. She also avoids themes related to hate speech, discrimination, or any content that promotes harm to individuals or groups.

Your commission will typically be delivered as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file. If you require a different format, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After the commission is completed, major changes cannot be made. You can request adjustments during the sketch phase. After approval, only minor modifications related to colors are possible.

We typically do not offer refunds. A refund may be considered only before the sketch phase begins.

If you would like a print of your commission, feel free to reach out to us! However, Shi reserves the right to sell any artwork she creates as commissions through her shop, except for commissions meant for commercial use, which will not be available in the shop. For personal use commissions, we can arrange to have a print sent to you for an additional fee.

She reserves the right to share any artwork she creates on her social media platforms at her discretion, without giving credit to the user.
